We collect only what is required to operate the platform: account details for authentication, organisation context for access control, and operational content that authorised users choose to submit.

Where historical intelligence and lessons identified are shared across events, CrowdIntel supports anonymisation so operational learning can inform future preparedness without exposing unnecessary personal data.
